Not sure, the best bet is to use Chrome or Safari to view the page and turn on the Inspector to view the console to see what is really happening and to see if you are getting any errors on page load.

Just playing around with this now. I copied/pasted everything, changed the URL and loaded it into the appropriate directory. The login page loads fine, but after entering a username/password and clicking Submit, nothing happens. No error messages and no new page. Any ideas?

If SUPPRESSACTCHECK is disabled then would this validation will be disabled within entire Maximo. Then i think we will loose the validation check for some sites which are in the same timezone as of the server. Is it possible to disable only at site level or app level.

We already set up a basic configuration of maximo with the integration framework on the same cluster as the UI. When I go and build a new cluster and then try and switch the messaging engine to this cluster, it doesn't want to come up. We are using data stor and not file store. I am fairly new to Maximo, so I'm not sure where I am going wrong.

Hi David. I have a question about job plan sequencing. If you have multiple different JP's on a PM, then the PM description will have to be generic. i.e. You cant call the PM annual overhaul if using multiple JP's. Therefore when the PM generates the WO, the WO will also only have a generic name. Is there a simple solution to make the WO descriptive of the tasks involved without adding JP Description to the list view of wotrack? Thank you for your time.

I've lived within 30 mins of them for 20+ years and still haven't made it to their store. There cakes are by far the best of any of the TV bakers, but they sure are expensive! Hope it tasted great!

When it comes to Maximo, there's no place like Maximo Times (not to be confused with Medieval Times, which is also an exciting place but in a much different way). I can honestly say that I come here to look for answers before heading to the IBM support site more often than not. If I can't find help at either site, then I post in the forums and usually have an answer within a day or two at most. Luckily for IBM, sites such as this exist, otherwise many of us may have switch to something else years ago. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Hi Chon, I love Maximo Times because it is, was and will be my FIRST source of all things Maximo, mainly when I started implementing IBM products like 4 years ago, It has been VERY helpful since IBM's documentation it's not so clear most of the time.

I'm attempting to add to an object structure 'workorder.wopriority'. I followed the steps
Select Action>Exclude/Include Fields
Save
Generate Schema/View XML

when i review the XML generated the field wopriority is not listed. IS there a step im missing?

Hi,
Can any body tell me
Create a masterpage in a BIRT library and then have all of your reports use that masterpage. We used to do...

1. In the Resource Explorer pane expand Shared Resources -> your newly created library -> MasterPagesRight click on your masterpage -> Add to Report6. Deletes the old masterpage in the report

But in this when i am trying to Add to Report link it shows disable.
Can you please tell me why and how to solve this issue?????

Wertzee, setup an escalation to look for certain paramenters and then you can have a notification be sent. You would need to create a communication template to do this and can setup specific individuals to have on the email as well. I've done this with a lot of different things and this is something that I've found particularly useful for certain shops that do not check their work orders regularly because they come in so infrequently.

You can do this in 7.5 It allows for actions as well as notifications within Work Flow. You can really make this very robust. I've developed email templates that pull variables form work orders and it can email people within the work flow information without even having to have anyone log into Maximo. This functionality is out of the box, but does take some configuring.
